3. Eligibility & Account Registration
To create an account and apply for jobs via WFH Select, users must:
- Have legal authorization to work in Australia
- Maintain reliable internet and a suitable remote workspace
- Submit valid ID and payment details to receive earnings
4. Independent Contractor Agreement
All users act as independent contractors and are not employees of WFH Select. This means:
- You control your schedule, work location, and deliverables
- You’re responsible for your own tax, insurance, and superannuation obligations
5. Platform Conduct
As a user of WFH Select, you agree to uphold professionalism by:
- Providing honest and accurate information

6. Work Commitments

7. Ending the Relationship
Either party may terminate the agreement:
- Contractors may leave the platform by providing 14 days’ notice
- WFH Select reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts due to policy violations or misconduct
8. Dispute Resolution
If a disagreement arises, all parties agree to attempt informal resolution before taking legal steps. WFH Select will aim to resolve issues fairly and quickly.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, WFH Select is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform or services.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the relevant state or territory in which you reside or operate.
